  2. Where are the registration forms?

Registration forms will not be available until March 7th.

ILNC Workers - Paid & Volunteer Staff

  1. Where do I find the worker on-line application (paid or volunteer)?

  2. Is there a hardcopy (paper) application that can be mailed to ILNC?

No.  All worker applications will be received and processed on-line.  Call the ILNC Office at 269-649-2281 for assistance or additional instructions.

  3. Why the on-line application?

The on-line application allows worker candidates to submit yearly applications quicker.  Near or far, workers can get their information to ILNC quickly and securely.  In recent years, paper applications have been misplaced - lost - or not delivered by postal service in a timely manner.  On-line application reduces the number of hands (and eyes) that have to process each application.

  4. Why do I need to setup an account?

Worker applications are stored and processed on-line by CampBrain, our camp management software implemented Spring 2011.  CampBrain manages worker applications, camper applications, plus other retreat and conference center information through internet services.  Security of your personal and business agreements with ILNC is provided/protected by your personal account.

  5. What happens after my application is submitted?

When you submit your application, instructions are presented for the next steps of the process.  PLEASE READ THESE INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY!

Print out the forms provided.  Complete the 'Medical Authorization" and the "On-line Application Authorization" forms and mail them along with a copy of your insurance card (front/back) to the ILNC Office (8258 Victory Street, Vicksburg, Mi  49097.

Take a copy of the Reference Form and route to each of the 3 references you listed.  They will mail their responses on the reference form back to the ILNC Office (address above).

Your will receive an email from ILNC confirming receipt of your paperwork.

  6. What about training?

After/as your paperwork arrives at our office, you will receive instructions for on-line orientation and training.  Training FAQ's are also listed on this web page for your reference.
